At Aira Sarees your satisfaction means everything to us! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered with a free return policy within 72 hours of delivery.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Email you a return shipping label
  • Share clear instructions on how and where to send the item

❗Do not send items without first requesting a return — such packages will not be accepted

🌍 International Orders

We currently do not support returns or exchanges for orders delivered outside India.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Returns and refunds are not available for products purchased during:

  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer
  • Amazing Deals
  • Any bundle or promotional offer

However, these items can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.

  • Return the item as per our return policy
  • Once accepted, you can place a new order separately
  • Once your return request is approved,we will deliver an exchange product within 7 days

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a notification:

  • If approved, the refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note, it might take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund

🚫 Order Cancellation

We’re sad to see you go! While we’d love for you to try on our sarees and feel the elegance, please note:

  • Cancellations are not supported once the order is placed

If you change your mind, you may refuse delivery when it arrives
